Motorcycle engine has the advantages of small inertia force, small vibration, low noise and so on. Motorcycle power plant are used in the internal combustion engine; the use of diesel fuel engine is customarily referred to as diesel engines, while the use of gasoline as fuel engine is called gasoline engines. Because gasoline engine has the advantages of light weight, small size, noise, low vibration, easy starting and low cost, etc., so motorcycles commonly use gasoline engine as its power unit.
FEATURE
● Multi-valve integral cylinder head technology:The four-valve improves the formation of mixture, reduces the emission of C0 and HC, improves the charging efficiency and increases the combustion speed, thereby increasing the engine speed and increasing the engine output power. The integral cylinder head improves the stiffness of CAM support, while the assembly accuracy is improved and the abnormal noise is reduced.
● Application of crankshaft offset technology:The axis of the engine cylinder hole is moved down relative to the axis of the crankshaft to reduce the maximum side pressure of the piston, so as to maximize the use of energy generated by gasoline combustion, improve fuel utilization and improve fuel consumption.
● Adopt side hanging cooling integration technology:The water pump is arranged at the cylinder head, with compact structure and convenient installation.The radiator is arranged at the right crankcase of the engine, the waterway is the shortest, the cycle is the fastest, and the cooling efficiency is the highest.
● Integrated dual oil filtration technology:secondary oil filtration system, and the oil is filtered through the double filtration equipment, which has a better filtering effect, greatly reducing internal wear, and making the engine more durable.
