Motorcycle engine is the fuel mixture into the cylinder ignition so that its combustion of thermal energy into mechanical energy, and by the crankshaft will be the power through the transmission mechanism to the rear wheel of the motorcycle and become the vehicle driving power of the machinery. Motorcycle engine has the advantages of small inertia force, small vibration, low noise and so on. Motorcycle power plant are used in the internal combustion engine; the use of diesel fuel engine is customarily referred to as diesel engines, while the use of gasoline as fuel engine is called gasoline engines. Because gasoline engine has the advantages of light weight, small size, noise, low vibration, easy starting and low cost, etc., so motorcycles commonly use gasoline engine as its power unit.

FEATURE

● The crankshaft adopts bearing bush: Bearing shell has impact resistance, high precision, vibration suppression,high bearing capacity, large volume.
● Balance shaft: The balance shaft is simple in structure and occupies small space,which can balance the first-order vibration which accounts for a large proportion of the whole vibration, so that the vibration of the engine can be significantly improved.
● The back of the piston is spray-cooled. The left box is equipped with a fuel injection pipe to directly spray the back of the piston, which reduces the thermal load on the top of the piston, improves thermal stress, enhances the ability to resist thermal deformation, and improves the cooling and lubrication effects of the piston.
● Dual oil pump: 1# oil pump makes the crankcase internal oil return in time to improve emissions; 2# oil pump ensures oil pressure and cooling of lubricating oil circuit.
