Motorcycle engine has the advantages of small inertia force, small vibration, low noise and so on. Motorcycle power plant are used in the internal combustion engine; the use of diesel fuel engine is customarily referred to as diesel engines, while the use of gasoline as fuel engine is called gasoline engines. Because gasoline engine has the advantages of light weight, small size, noise, low vibration, easy starting and low cost, etc., so motorcycles commonly use gasoline engine as its power unit.

FEATURE

● Multi-valve integral cylinder head technology:The four-valve air intake is used to improve the mixture formation, reduce the emissions of C0 and HC, improve the air intake efficiency and increase the combustion speed, thereby increasing the engine speed and engine output power. lt adopts an integral cylinder head to improve the stiffness of the cam bracket and assemble it at the same time. Accuracy is improved and abnormal noise is reduced.
● Crankshaft eccentric Technology Application:The engine cylinder bore axis has been moved downward relative to the crankshaft axis, reducing the maximum side pressure of the piston, there by maximizing the use of energy generated by gasoline combustion, improving fuel utilization and improving fuel consumption.
● Adopting side-mounted cooling integrated technology: The water pump is arranged at the cylinder head, with compact structure and easy installation. The radiator is arranged in the right box of the engine, with the shortest water path, fastest circulation and highest cooling efficiency.
● Roller valve rocker arm: The friction on the cam working surface is greatly reduced, which can reduce mechanicallosses and increase the service life of the rocker arm and camshaft.
● Throwing block decompression: Unique decompression mechanism, simple structure, more stable decompression effect, easy starting, prolong the service life of the starter motor and battery.
