Motorcycle engine has the advantages of small inertia force, small vibration, low noise and so on. Motorcycle power plant are used in the internal combustion engine; the use of diesel fuel engine is customarily referred to as diesel engines, while the use of gasoline as fuel engine is called gasoline engines. Because gasoline engine has the advantages of light weight, small size, noise, low vibration, easy starting and low cost, etc., so motorcycles commonly use gasoline engine as its power unit.
Functional Features
1. Piston spray technology: Spray nozzles are installed on the right crankcase to directly spray fuel onto the back of the piston, reducing the heat load at the top of the piston, improving thermal stress, enhancing the ability to resist thermal deformation, and improving the cooling and lubrication effect of the piston.
2. All-aluminum ceramic-coated cylinder: More durable and reliable; lower friction resistance, lower fuel consumption; resistant to high temperatures, with less thermal decay.
3. The newly designed cylinder head cooling structure: Maintains the ideal working temperature, ensuring more complete combustion and improving thermal efficiency.
4. Arrange the balance shaft structure: This can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude, making the rider feel more comfortable and safer during the ride.
